With a foundation in historic preservation from the College of Charleston and a graduate degree in Urban Planning, Tory Brubaker brings a refined perspective to real estate, shaped by a deep appreciation for architecture, design, and the distinguishing attributes of each neighborhood’s character.
She began her career in New York working on the marketing and strategy of high profile new development projects, where she developed a unique understanding of positioning, value, and the nuances that distinguish premium properties. Today, she leverages that expertise to guide buyers, sellers, developers, and investors through each stage of the transaction with discretion, insight, and skill.
Originally from a coastal town in Virginia, Tory now resides in Brooklyn, where she and her husband restored their 1890s brownstone. Outside of real estate, she enjoys entertaining, great restaurants, museums, and time with her family and their dogs, Maeve and Wasabi.
